My non-stop life experience with computers gives me an advantage of experiencing and seeing a vast number of computer problems, misunderstandings, and solving the mysteries that plague all users young and old. And I care. With a little explanation, practice and foundation knowledge of the computer (still missing in public schools), one can start to understand enough to go as far as they want on the computer.
